Located near Manassas,
Virginia, we are on a 4+ acre farm with lots of grass pasture.
Our house is over 100 years old and in the Brentsville Historic
District. We have been raising Cormo sheep since 2000.
We strive to maintain balance on our farm. We compost the
sheep bedding on raised beds in the garden. Barb has gardened
her plot since 1976.
The sheep are on a rotational grazing system using electric
fences. They are wormed with natural products most of
the time to decrease resistance to worming medicine.
Our animals are well-loved and cared for. We share our farm
with a family involved in 4-H projects of Nigerian Dwarf
goats, fancy chickens,
and rabbits.
